Mother Dragon is growing! 🎉♻️

Some of you may have already heard the news, but it’s time to make it official.

Mother Dragon has always been about helping women dress the body they have now, sustainably. Listening to your stories has shaped every step of the journey so far, and it’s those conversations that have inspired what comes next.

Alongside maternity and breastfeeding clothing, I’m now expanding into womenswear.

I want you to be able to wear what you like, when you like, whatever stage of life you’re in. More choice to find something you love that’s already in the supply chain, whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, breastfeeding or none of the above.

And I’m thrilled to be introducing a circular element to the shop, keeping quality preloved clothes in circulation so one woman’s much-loved piece can become another woman’s new favourite.

I’ve been working on this for a while and I’m very excited to finally share it with you 😊

Is this just another boring maternity top?

Well, that’s up to you.

I think maternity clothes sometimes get a bit of a hard wrap. Comfortable. Practical. Easy to wear. And then what?

Because clothes are just clothes until you do something with them. Your body. Your style. Your colours. Your accessories. That’s the interesting bit.

Maternity clothes don’t have to dictate your style. They just need to work with the body you have right now. And honestly, I think that’s the whole point.

One of my favourite pairs of jeans currently in the shop.

I love the shape of these River Island jeans. It's not trend-led or designed for just one season. It's the kind of jean that will stay relevant in a mama's wardrobe for years to come.

I know maternity clothes can feel like hard work but your style doesn't disappear when you become pregnant. Your clothes should still feel like you. That's why I'm always drawn to pieces that are well made, comfortable and timeless, rather than simply designed to get you through nine months.

Pregnancy is just one chapter. Your wardrobe doesn't have to start from scratch because of it.

Can you guess which brand always seems to arrive in the shop looking top-notch? Even when I grade pieces from this brand as Good Condition (and you know how tough I am with my preloved conditions), I know they've often been worn well over 100 times and there's still plenty of life left in them. I'll be taking a break over the summer so last orders: 12th of July. Any orders placed after this date will be posted from 14th August.
