Shipping and Exchange

Shipping 

• Mother Dragon uses An Post (tracking) and aims to have your order shipped within 2-4 days of purchase.  
• There is a flat rate of €7 per order.  

• Orders over €80 will have free shipping. 

Exchange 

To help you make the right choice we will provide as much information as possible about each garment through our preloved definitions and clothing descriptions. If for some reason you would like to return your item(s), we accept exchange only on items purchased at full price.  

You can return your items by: 

• Please email us with your order number and reason for exchange at hello@motherdragon.ie within 14 days of receiving your item(s) 
• On receipt of your email, we will provide you with a return address. 

• Items must be returned in the condition you received them. 
• Mother Dragon will not be responsible for items returned and not received.  
• Delivery of returns is at the buyer’s expense. 
• Once your item(s) has been received we will issue you a store credit with the total minus the original shipping.
